Customer Assistant – Nights

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the store each night by restocking shelves and maintaining a consistent pace throughout your shift.
• Ensure work areas and aisles remain tidy, clean, and inviting for customers the following day.
• Safely transport stock from warehouse to shop floor, handling heavy items and equipment when necessary.
• Operate across various store sections, including chilled and frozen zones.
• Use digital tools, handsets, and equipment efficiently to complete tasks accurately and safely.
• Assist with additional duties such as picking online orders or serving at checkouts once trained.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the UK and at least 18 years old due to job nature and handling age-restricted products.
• Physically fit and resilient to handle the demands of overnight work and its impact on wellbeing.
• A friendly, approachable attitude with enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service.
• Willingness to work flexibly across different store areas and take on new challenges.
• Strong team player mindset, thriving in a dynamic environment and supporting colleagues.
