Responsibilities

• Prioritize the customer in all tasks and activities.
• Build rapport with customers and serve them with enthusiasm and pride.
• Ensure products and services are consistently available for customers.
• Handle merchandise carefully to maintain quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in both shop floor and stock areas at all times.
• Adhere to department procedures and routines learned through training.
• Comply with all company policies, including health and safety regulations.
• Support other departments when required, in addition to assigned core responsibilities.
