About the Role

Join our stores, which have proudly served communities for over 150 years by putting customers at the forefront. As a Customer Assistant, you will be a vital part of our energetic, fast-moving environment, working collaboratively to ensure customers receive everything they need during every visit.

Key Duties

• Deliver attentive and friendly service, ensuring customers feel appreciated.
• Assist in multiple store areas such as shelf stocking, order picking, customer service, and product sales.
• Utilize digital tools effectively to enhance job performance and customer satisfaction.
• Manage stock movement and organization, keep shelves clean, neat, and well-maintained, including handling heavy items appropriately.
• Develop strong product, service, and promotion knowledge to offer informed recommendations to customers.

• Applicants must be above the statutory school-leaving age in their country.
• Must hold legal UK work authorization.
