Overview

As a Customer Advisor working within Argos in Sainsbury's stores, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service to customers both shopping in-store and collecting online orders.
Eligibility Requirements
- Applicants must be above the official school-leaving age as per their country's law.

- The majority of positions are part-time with varying shifts including weekdays and weekends, tailored to your availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer care at tills, digital screens on the sales floor, and collection points.
- Retrieve items from stock for customers, handle payment transactions, explain financial service options linked to select products, and manage refunds.
- Maintain an organized stockroom and restock shelves after deliveries.
- Assist customers on the shop floor with queries, offering advice on a broad range of products.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge about products, services, and promotions to effectively support customer recommendations.
