Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer support, assisting with diverse needs such as maternity wear fitting, baby carrier demonstrations, and personalized shopping guidance for expectant parents and family members.
• Manage Omni-Channel orders including preparation and communication, both in-store and via telephone, ensuring seamless customer interactions across platforms.
• Engage in continual learning through digital and virtual platforms to enhance retail expertise and product knowledge.
• Identify customer needs through active listening to provide tailored product recommendations and sales solutions without aggressive sales tactics.
• Maintain the store's appearance to the highest standards, contributing to an inviting and organized retail environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales roles preferred.
• Strong IT proficiency with a quick adaptability to new systems and technologies.
• Ability to absorb and communicate a broad range of product knowledge clearly and effectively.
• A proactive attitude towards continuous self-development and learning.
• Effective teamwork skills to collaborate respectfully within a close-knit team environment.
• Flexibility to work varied hours in accordance with store operational needs, as stores operate 7 days a week.
• A keen eye for detail to uphold the store’s standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Applicants must be above the legal school leaving age in the Republic of Ireland.
