About the Role
Muthoot Group invites passionate MSW graduates dedicated to fostering social change through corporate social responsibility initiatives. The journey begins with a rigorous 6-month trainee program, after which successful candidates advance to the position of CSR Executive.
Core CSR Focus Areas
- Health: Facilitating medical camps, enhancing healthcare accessibility, and conducting health awareness campaigns.
- Education: Implementing school support schemes, offering student scholarships, and promoting skill development activities.
- Environment: Organizing tree plantations, spreading sustainability awareness, and coordinating community cleanliness drives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, implementing, and tracking CSR projects across education, health, and environmental sectors.
- Collaborate with NGOs, community leaders, vendors, and internal teams to arrange field-related activities and events.
- Support baseline surveys and impact evaluations within the community.
- Document project progress through detailed reports and event summaries.
- Participate actively in community field visits and program executions on the ground.
Eligibility and Skill Requirements
- Must have completed a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree; freshers encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for healthcare, education, and environmental issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for community engagement.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting purposes.
- Willingness to travel locally and participate actively in field activities.
Compensation, Training, and Career Development
- Initial designation as CSR Trainee for a 6-month period.
- Monthly stipend of ₹12,300 during trainee phase.
- Successful candidates will be elevated to CSR Executive role, receiving an annual fixed package of ₹3,00,000.
