Role Overview
As the CRM Platform Manager, you will be responsible for providing both strategic direction and operational management for ACC's Salesforce Platform ecosystem. This role involves owning the platform's vision, managing its roadmap, enforcing governance, overseeing release management, and handling ongoing operational support. You will lead a dedicated team striving for platform excellence and collaborate closely with senior leadership, architecture teams, and delivery partners. Your efforts will ensure a secure, stable, and future-ready CRM environment that enhances customer experiences and supports ACC's mission of keeping New Zealanders safe at work, home, and beyond.
Compensation and Location
The salary range for this position is between $162,707 and $195,248, based on experience. ACC offers a competitive benefits package, which includes a favorable superannuation scheme featuring a 9% employer contribution without mandatory employee contributions, plus optional life and income protection insurance. While Wellington is the preferred location, other ACC hubs may be considered for suitable candidates.
Candidate Profile
- Vast experience supporting Salesforce platforms within complex enterprise settings.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of guiding and growing teams while promoting a culture focused on continuous improvement.
- Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies, LEAN principles, DevOps practices, release management, and operational excellence.
- Experience in managing strategic technology projects, defining platform roadmaps, and nurturing relationships with enterprise stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with the capacity to influence senior executives.
- An acute customer focus combined with commercial awareness and strategic mindset.
- Good understanding of enterprise architecture concepts and emerging technology trends.
- A collaborative leadership approach driving innovation and positive organizational change.
- Possession of valid New Zealand work rights at the time of application.
- Successful passing of a credit check.
