About the Role
Tap Growth ai is seeking a skilled CRM Developer to join their team in Singapore. This full-time, on-site position involves driving the end-to-end development, customization, and optimization of customer relationship management solutions with a focus on Dynamics 365 platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of Dynamic CRM systems, including portal and backend application development.
- Develop interfaces via .NET web services and APIs, design multiple layers of the CRM application architecture.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive infrastructure integration.
- Collect and analyze requirements from users and clients to prepare comprehensive functional and technical specifications.
- Present project materials to management and adjust based on feedback.
- Provide on-site support and technical guidance within the team.
- Architect custom CRM solutions utilizing CRM SDK, C#, and .NET technologies.
- Configure mailbox setups and manage server-side synchronization effectively.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in CRM security roles, team configurations, asynchronous processes, workflows, and plugins, including troubleshooting server issues as needed.
- Perform software module configuration, testing, and deployment in alignment with requirements.
- Prepare and deliver training materials and sessions for end users.
- Manage cutover processes for MS Dynamics CRM deployment following established guidelines and timelines.
- Contribute to project reporting, timeline management, budgeting, and provide go-live and post-implementation support.
- Engage in requirements validation, prototyping, code quality assurance, performance testing, and bug resolution.
- Conduct technical and functional training programs as requested.
- Maintain customer relationships by addressing questions and resolving issues, ensuring service delivery per SLA agreements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (both on-premises and online).
- At least 3 years working with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power Portal.
- 3+ years experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.
- Proficient in C# programming with a strong grasp of object-oriented principles.
- Experience developing web services using SOAP and REST protocols.
- Competent in configuring Microsoft IIS (Internet Information Server).
- Familiarity with code versioning tools, particularly Team Foundation Server (TFS).
- Adaptable to work on both Waterfall and Agile SDLC methodologies.
- Openness to engaging with both government and private sector projects, and readiness for implementation and maintenance assignments.
