Crisis Operations Program Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Crisis Operations Program Manager responsible for leading crisis response initiatives and enhancing operational resilience. This position involves managing incident command frameworks and coordinating across various functions to ensure business continuity during challenging situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operational responses to incidents impacting customers, employees, or business operations.
• Develop and maintain detailed incident response playbooks and resilience strategies.
• Facilitate cross-departmental incident coordination through incident bridges and command structures.
• Conduct tabletop exercises, emergency simulations, and subsequent incident evaluations.
• Collaborate with security, IT, communications, and legal teams during live incidents.
• Monitor incident-related metrics and champion continuous operational improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years experience in crisis management, incident response, or business continuity planning.
• In-depth knowledge of incident command systems such as ICS and ITIL incident management frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and exceptional written communication abilities.
• Ability to maintain composure and structured problem-solving under pressure.
• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional operations during crisis events.
• Certifications in business continuity (e.g., CBCP, MBCI) are advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time, remote position offers a competitive salary range between $95,000 and $155,000 USD equivalent, dependent on experience and qualifications, supplemented by benefits.
