Role Overview
The Program Manager will spearhead the planning and execution of various programs within the organization, focusing on talent development and resource management. This position entails supervision of recruitment, onboarding procedures, and retention plans, while ensuring alignment with organizational policies.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and implement organizational programs effectively.
- Manage the talent acquisition pipeline to maintain a robust workforce.
- Lead initiatives for staff recruitment, training, and retention.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to execute strategic objectives.
- Ensure that all activities comply with Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) policies and standards.
