Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Crisis Operations Program Manager to oversee crisis response and operational resilience initiatives. Core Responsibilities

• Organize and conduct scenario-based tabletop exercises, simulations, and thorough post-incident analyses.
• Liaise with security, IT, communications, and legal teams during active incident management.
• Monitor incident-related metrics and champion ongoing process improvements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Over five years of experience in crisis management, incident response, or business continuity roles.
• Effective knowledge of incident command standards such as ICS and ITIL incident management frameworks.
• Strong written communication skills coupled with excellent stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Maintains composure and structured problem-solving under pressure.
• Proven leadership in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams during incident scenarios.
• Certifications in business continuity (e.g., CBCP, MBCI) are advantageous.
