Role Overview
Join our team as a Crew Member where we're transforming the fast-food culture. This entry-level role offers comprehensive training across various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. We value enthusiasm and a strong desire to learn cooking skills, welcoming candidates with or without prior experience in food service roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh food by hand daily, adhering to high standards without using microwaves, freezers, or can openers.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Operate confidently across multiple stations including grill, cashier, and prep areas after training.
Who You Are
- Friendly and enthusiastic, with a passion for serving and helping customers and teammates.
- Eager and motivated to master cooking processes extensively.
- At least 16 years of age and able to communicate effectively in the primary language of the location.
