Role Overview

As a Crew Member, you will contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience by preparing fresh food daily without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers. This role involves working confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. Chipotle values passionate, enthusiastic team members from diverse backgrounds, whether experienced in food service roles or just starting out.

What You'll Do

• Prepare real food by hand daily at assigned stations
• Provide outstanding customer service that fosters a welcoming atmosphere
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards in food preparation and hygiene
• Learn multiple roles including grilling, cashier duties, food prep, salsa making, and expo responsibilities

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age
• A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic approach to serving customers and supporting teammates
• A strong desire to learn cooking skills and the food service craft
• Ability to communicate effectively in the local primary language(s)
