Position Overview
Join our team as a Crew Member working prep or closing shifts where you will contribute to making better food accessible to everyone. We provide thorough training across all stations: grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo, ensuring you’re confident and capable in your role. Many of our managers, over 80%, have been promoted from Crew members, highlighting great career advancement opportunities. Whether you have prior experience as a dishwasher, cook, server, or no experience at all, we welcome enthusiastic, passionate individuals to apply.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food by hand daily using fresh ingredients without freezers or microwaves.
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for customers through excellent service.
- Perform assigned duties efficiently during prep or closing shifts according to training and standards.
Requirements
- Bring a positive and enthusiastic attitude to the workplace.
- Have a passion for assisting and serving both customers and team members.
- Be eager to learn extensive cooking and restaurant operations.
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Communicate effectively in the primary language of the location.
