Role Overview

Join Chipotle's crew team for prep or closing shifts, where food is prepared fresh daily without reliance on microwaves, freezers, or can openers. Crew members receive extensive training to work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, salsa, prep, and expo. This opportunity is ideal for individuals from diverse backgrounds such as dishwashing, serving, cooking, or no prior experience, who bring enthusiasm and a customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients and dishes by hand as per Chipotle standards
• Operate different workstations including grill and cash register
• Maintain an inviting, friendly environment for customers
• Deliver courteous and prompt customer service
• Support team members and contribute to a positive team culture

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Positive, energetic attitude with a willingness to learn
• Strong passion for serving customers and collaborating with team members
• Effective communication skills in the primary language of the workplace
