Job Overview
Our Crew Members play a key role in delivering a unique dining experience. You will be trained extensively across various restaurant stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo, preparing fresh food every day without reliance on freezers or microwaves. Many career paths start here, with over 80% of our managers promoting from Crew roles.
Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh food by hand at multiple stations within the restaurant.
- Deliver exceptional and friendly customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the work areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- A passion for serving and assisting both customers and team members.
- A strong desire to learn cooking skills and kitchen operations.
- Effective communication skills in the primary language of the location.
