Qualifications and Expectations
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Maintain a friendly and enthusiastic attitude toward customers and team members.
- Possess a passion for serving and assisting others.
- Have a strong willingness to learn extensive cooking skills.
- Communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the workplace.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base pay ranges between $16.00 and $17.00 per hour, alongside eligibility for digital tips.
- Tuition assistance covering 100% for select degrees or up to $5,250 annually.
