Role Overview
Joining Chipotle as a Crew Member means becoming part of a team that values real food prepared fresh daily, with no reliance on freezers, microwaves, or can openers. Employees receive comprehensive training to confidently work across various stations including grill, cashier, food preparation, salsa, and expo. Whether you're an experienced dishwasher, cashier, server, host, bartender, cook, prep cook, or new to the food industry, enthusiasm and a passion for serving others are what matter most.
Key Responsibilities
- Support exceptional customer service by creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Prepare real food by hand daily, ensuring quality and consistency at every station.

Required Qualifications
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor with enthusiasm.
- Have a passion for helping both customers and fellow team members.
- Eagerness to learn cooking skills and grow within the role.
- Minimum age of 16 years.
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) spoken at the workplace.
