Job Overview

As a Crew Member, you will engage in preparing real food by hand, working across various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo, all while delivering outstanding customer service. This position welcomes individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those with experience in dishwashing, cashiering, serving, hosting, bartending, or no prior experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients and dishes by hand without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers.
• Operate stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo to support restaurant operations.
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant functioning and uphold Chipotle’s standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude at work.
• Possess a strong passion for assisting and serving customers and colleagues.
• Eager to learn extensive cooking techniques and food preparation skills.
• Be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the work location.
