Job Overview
As a Crew Member, you will be trained to confidently manage all stations in the restaurant including grill, cashiering, preparation, salsa making, and food expo. Chipotle seeks enthusiastic individuals, regardless of prior food service experience, to join their team and contribute to an exceptional dining experience. Many employees start as Crew and advance into management roles.

- Prepare real food by hand without using microwaves, freezers, or can openers.

Qualifications
- Demonstrate a positive and welcoming attitude.

- Be at least 16 years old.
- Communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the workplace.
