As a Crew Member, you'll receive comprehensive training for various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. Our team members are essential in delivering friendly customer service and maintaining a positive atmosphere for our guests. We welcome candidates from all experience levels—whether you've worked as a server, cook, cashier, or are new to the workforce—and provide clear pathways for career progression, with over 80% of managers having started as Crew members.
