Role Overview
As a Crew Member, you will be part of a team that prepares fresh food by hand daily, without relying on freezers, microwaves, or can openers. You'll receive comprehensive training across various stations including the grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo, empowering you to confidently contribute to an inviting environment focused on exceptional customer service. This position serves as a potential gateway to a rewarding career, with over 80% of Chipotle managers promoted internally from this role.
