About the Role
Join Chipotle Mexican Grill in Santa Clarita, CA as a Crew Member and become part of a team dedicated to changing the fast-food experience by preparing real food with wholesome ingredients, without artificial colors or preservatives. You will be trained extensively across various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo, contributing directly to an exceptional customer service environment that promotes a friendly atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
As a Crew Member, you will participate in preparing food by hand every day, ensuring quality and speed while maintaining a clean and welcoming workspace. You will engage with customers, providing friendly and enthusiastic service, and support team members to sustain a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Be enthusiastic and friendly when engaging with customers and team.
- Demonstrate a strong desire to learn cooking and food preparation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the workplace.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base pay ranging from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, supplemented by digital tips.
