Responsibilities

- Perform duties at various workstations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Help sustain a welcoming atmosphere contributing to outstanding customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 16 years.
- Willingness to learn extensive cooking skills and food preparation techniques.
- Positive, enthusiastic disposition with a passion for supporting customers and team members.
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the workplace.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base hourly pay between $17 and $18, supplemented by digital tips; actual pay depends on skills, experience, and education.
- Full tuition assistance covering 100% of selected degrees or up to $5,250 annually.
