Position Overview

As a Crew Member, you will be trained to confidently work at multiple stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo, contributing to a welcoming environment and exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for individuals with or without prior experience—whether as a dishwasher, cashier, server, host, or cook—who are passionate and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare real food by hand at assigned stations, including grilling, prepping, and assembling orders.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure guests enjoy a friendly and positive dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to comply with health and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support smooth restaurant operations.

Requirements

• Demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic attitude towards customers and colleagues.
• Show passion for serving others and a strong willingness to learn cooking and preparation skills.
• Be at least 16 years old.
• Possess the ability to communicate proficiently in the primary language(s) used at the location.
