About the Role

At Chipotle Mexican Grill in Washington, MI, we are redefining the fast-food experience by delivering freshly made, responsibly sourced meals with a commitment to community and sustainability. As a Crew Member, you will play a key role in preparing our food by hand daily, operating stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo, and providing exceptional customer service that creates a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh food ingredients and dishes by hand without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers.
• Engage with customers to ensure a friendly and positive dining experience.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain kitchen and service area cleanliness and efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• A friendly and enthusiastic disposition.
• A passion for serving others including both customers and colleagues.
• Willingness to learn extensive cooking skills and operate various restaurant stations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language spoken at the work location.
