Position Overview
As a Crew Member, you'll receive comprehensive training to confidently work at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. We value teamwork, exceptional customer service, and a passion for food preparation. Key Responsibilities and Contributions
- Prepare fresh food by hand following Chipotle’s standards
- Operate multiple stations such as grill, cashier, and prep as needed
- Deliver friendly and high-quality service to create an inviting atmosphere for customers
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
Candidate Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Possess a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor
- Strong interest in learning extensive cooking techniques
- Effective communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
