Role and Responsibilities

As a Crew Member, you will help create the welcoming atmosphere customers expect while preparing real food by hand daily, without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers. With comprehensive training, team members become competent across stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. The role requires delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with coworkers.

Qualifications and Expectations

• Be at least 16 years old
• Exhibit a positive, energetic demeanor with a passion for serving customers and supporting team members
• Willingness to learn extensive cooking skills and new tasks
• Possess communication skills in the main language(s) used at the worksite

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive base pay ranging from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, plus digital tips
