The Role
The Crew Member position offers the chance to be a part of a fast-food experience that goes beyond the ordinary. In this role, you will be trained thoroughly to work confidently at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. You will play a key part in ensuring exceptional customer service and contributing to the friendly and welcoming atmosphere customers expect.
Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh food by hand daily, adhering to Chipotle's standards without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers.
- Provide outstanding customer service to create an enjoyable dining experience.
- Work effectively at multiple stations including grilling, cashiering, prepping, making salsa, and expediting orders.
- Support team members and collaborate positively to maintain a smooth operation.
Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age.
- A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Passion for customer service and teamwork.
- Willingness and eagerness to learn cooking techniques and food preparation.
- Basic communication skills in the primary language(s) used at the workplace.
