Join Chipotle Mexican Grill in Stow, OH, as a Crew Member and be part of a team that is revolutionizing fast food by serving responsibly sourced, freshly prepared meals without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh food by hand for daily restaurant service.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Rotate through various roles such as cooking, cashiering, prepping ingredients, salsa making, and expediting orders.
Candidate Requirements
- Exhibit a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Be passionate about assisting and serving both customers and team members.
- Demonstrate eagerness to learn extensive cooking skills.
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the workplace.
