What This Job Entails
As a crew member, you will be trained to confidently work at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. Chipotle prides itself on preparing all food fresh by hand daily, with no use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers. You'll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and creating a friendly atmosphere that guests enjoy.
Qualifications and What You Bring
- A friendly and energetic demeanor
- A passion for assisting and serving customers and teammates
- A strong desire to learn cooking skills extensively
- At least 16 years of age
- Effective communication skills in the primary language(s) used at the work site
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly pay range of $17.60 to $18.60 depending on experience, education, and skill level, aligned with local wage laws
- Tuition support up to $5,250 per year
- Complimentary meals provided during shifts
- Paid time off and location-based holiday closures
