Responsibilities
As a Crew Member, you will be actively involved in hands-on food preparation, mastering various stations including grill, cashier, preparation, salsa, and expo. You will engage directly with customers, ensuring a positive dining experience through friendly and efficient service. Our training equips you to confidently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, emphasizing quality and consistency in every meal served.
Requirements
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic demeanor with customers and team members alike.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for assisting others and learning extensive cooking skills.
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the restaurant location.
