Key Responsibilities

• Prepare food by hand following Chipotle’s standards on various stations (grill, cashier, prep, salsa, expo).
• Create a friendly and positive atmosphere for customers and coworkers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service tailored to our guests' needs.

Qualifications and Expectations

• Exhibit an upbeat, enthusiastic attitude.
• Show a passion for serving and assisting customers and team members alike.
• A strong desire to learn cooking skills and tasks.
• Be at least 16 years old.
• Communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the workplace location.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay ranges from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, with additional digital tips.
• Financial support for tuition with 100% coverage for some degrees or up to $5,250 annually.
