Role Opportunity
As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food and service in a dynamic restaurant setting. Starting with comprehensive training, you'll gain confidence working at various stations including grill, cashier, preparation, salsa, and expo. This position welcomes individuals with or without prior experience and is the first step toward a rewarding career where many managers have been promoted from the crew.
Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh food manually each day without relying on freezers, microwaves, or can openers.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, helping to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests.
- Perform diverse duties at assigned stations such as cooking, cashiering, and prepping ingredients.
Requirements
- Possess a positive and energetic attitude.
- Have a passion for serving customers and collaborating with team members.
- Show eagerness to learn extensive cooking skills.
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the workplace.
