Job Responsibilities
As a Crew Member, you will learn to operate various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and excellent customer service in our restaurants. No prior food service experience is required, just enthusiasm and a passion for team service.
Candidate Requirements
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude toward work.
- Genuine passion for assisting and serving customers and colleagues.
- A strong desire to learn how to prepare food and cook extensively.
- Minimum age of 16 years old.
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language used at the location.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base pay ranging from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, plus eligibility for digital tips.
- Full tuition assistance covering up to 100% for selected degree programs or up to $5,250 annually.
