Role Overview
This role involves preparing fresh food daily using hand methods—grilling, cashiering, prepping, salsa making, and expo stations—with no use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers. Crew members contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, delivering exceptional customer service that defines the Chipotle experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare food by hand at various stations including grill, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a friendly dining environment.
- Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and team members.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrate a friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
- Show passion for assisting and serving customers and teammates.
- Possess a strong desire to learn extensive cooking skills.
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location.
