Role Overview

As a Crew Member at Chipotle, you will be part of a team that prepares fresh food daily without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers. You will receive thorough training to confidently handle various stations including grill, cashier, food prep, salsa, and expo. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook made-to-order food items by hand following company standards.
• Operate at different stations such as grill, cashier, food prep, salsa and expo as assigned.
• Deliver friendly and exceptional customer service to maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a cheerful and enthusiastic demeanor, passionate about helping and serving others including customers and coworkers.
• Eager to learn extensive cooking skills and food preparation techniques.
• Minimum age requirement of 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the workplace.
