Crane Operator

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Crane Operator with over five years of experience in handling heavy lifting equipment, specifically Crawler Cranes and ATF Mobile Cranes. This position requires proficient operation of cranes rated 250 tons and above for crawler types, and 100 tons and above for mobile types, while strictly maintaining safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery including 250-ton and larger Crawler Cranes, as well as 100-ton and larger ATF Mobile Cranes, for lifting and moving substantial materials
• Conduct thorough daily inspections and complete pre-use checklists for equipment
• Analyze and interpret load charts, perform load sharing calculations to ensure safe lifting procedures
• Adhere to all operational guidelines and safety requirements on site
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to implement lifting plans effectively and safely
• Monitor the condition of cranes during operations and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly

Qualifications and Experience

• At least five years of experience operating cranes
• Familiarity with various crane models including 160T, 250T, and 500T mobile Sany cranes; 400T and 250T crawler Sany cranes
• Deep understanding of load charts, load sharing principles, and safe lifting techniques
• Capability to perform and accurately document inspection checklists
• Basic proficiency in English for workplace communication
• Strong safety awareness and meticulous attention to operational detail
• Ability to work under challenging conditions found in construction and industrial settings
