Supervisor - Special Devices Projects

Role Summary

We are looking for a Supervisor to lead projects and manage special devices operations at our Brisbane Depot, working on outstanding projects across Australia. This role involves deployment to various sites based on project demands, responsible for overseeing project execution aligned with local regulations. Ensuring safety, efficiency, and excellent delivery standards for clients and employees is paramount.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site operations involving SPMT and special devices equipment along with skilled teams.
• Manage mobilization and demobilization of personnel and equipment effectively.
• Guarantee all activities comply with safety protocols and site/project specifications.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Minimum of five years experience supervising SPMT and special devices operations, ideally in mining or construction sectors.
• Possession of a valid driver's license is mandatory.
• Strong leadership qualities with confidence and motivation to lead teams.
• Exemplary communication and management capabilities.
• Ability to adapt and demonstrate flexibility in work schedules.
