CNC Machine Operator

Role Overview

We are seeking a diligent CNC Machine Operator to manage CNC routing machines specifically for decorative doors and panels. The operator will be responsible for interpreting and executing various design programs to produce high-quality finished goods.

Key Duties

• Operate CNC routing machines to fabricate decorative doors and panels.
• Interpret and run ArtCAM, Aspire, DXF, and CNC programs effectively.
• Prepare machines by setting up tools, calibrating equipment, and conducting trial runs to ensure precision.
• Verify product dimensions and uphold superior finishing standards for each output.
• Keep track of production levels and limit material wastage through efficient operation.
• Carry out routine cleaning and preventive maintenance on machines to maintain operational readiness.
• Immediately report any machine malfunctions or issues to the relevant authorities.
• Collaborate closely with the Production Manager and Design Team to synchronize production efforts.
• Document production activities and maintain daily logs for machine operation.
• Adhere strictly to all established safety protocols and quality guidelines throughout the production process.
