As a Crane Operator at ENERCON, you will contribute passionately to realizing wind energy projects worldwide, helping to address the energy challenges of tomorrow and shape the future of renewable energy. Since 1995, ENERCON has operated its own crane fleet which plays a crucial role in the installation of wind turbines. This role is open across Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating crawler and truck cranes (e.g., Liebherr LR 11000, LTR 1220, LTM 1250) to assemble wind turbines.
• Handling assembly and disassembly of cranes.
• Performing maintenance and repairs on cranes.
• Loading and unloading transport cargoes.
• Managing orders for materials and tools as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Completed vocational training in a manual trade or as a professional driver.
• Possession of a crane operator license is advantageous, preferably TCVT or ECOL certifications.
• Experience operating crawler and truck cranes is beneficial.
• Proficiency in German and English languages.
• Willingness to travel extensively for assembly tasks (between 80% and 100% travel requirement).
• Familiarity with MS Office is preferable.
• Ability to work independently with strong communication skills and flexibility.
