Key Responsibilities

• Operate and transport truck and all-terrain mobile cranes between designated locations efficiently.
• Set up and position cranes correctly, including operational readiness checks of telescopic cranes.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections on lifting equipment, gears, and goods, including reviewing operational sequences.
• Comply with approved safe work procedures and established lifting plans.
• Collaborate closely with the lifting team and clients to ensure smooth operations.
• Immediately report any equipment faults, unsafe conditions, or incidents encountered.
• Maintain and update equipment log sheets accurately.
• Assist with general maintenance of cranes, gears, and tools to ensure operational integrity.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Class 5 driving license and a valid crane operating license or certification.
• Have relevant experience in marine, offshore, or port operations preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience operating cranes.
• Certification or qualification as a Lifting Supervisor is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work outside regular hours is beneficial.
• Capable of conducting general surveys to support lifting operation development is advantageous.
• Strong commitment to teamwork and inclusiveness during operational execution.
• Experience with mid-range telescopic cranes (capacity 200 tons or above) is preferred.
• Familiarity with European-brand crane operation adds value.
• Strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies, safe practices, behavioral standards, and statutory regulations is mandatory.
