Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and deliver pre-prepared lesson plans to maintain high-quality student engagement across various subjects.

- Provide concise feedback to faculty departments concerning student progress and behavior during cover sessions.
- Exemplify professionalism by acting as a role model and adhering strictly to safeguarding policies and school values.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a commanding presence and confidence to lead groups of approximately 30 students.
- Demonstrate adaptability by effectively managing diverse subject matter lessons with a positive and proactive approach.
- Exhibit resilience and professionalism when handling classroom challenges.
- Hold or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS check, with a strong commitment to safeguarding standards.
Compensation and Work Details
- Salary range between £90 and £120 per day, with payments made weekly.
- Role located onsite within schools in Swindon and nearby regions.
- Immediate start available, including next school term availability.
