Position Overview

Randstad UK CPE Team invites applications for a CSCS Labourer role based in Swindon to support a leading UK housebuilder on a prominent residential development project. This opportunity involves assisting on ongoing phases and new groundworks at a major residential site.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep the construction site clean, safe, and well-organized.
• Provide support to skilled trades such as carpenters, bricklayers, and dryliners.
• Safely move materials and unload deliveries.
• Comply rigorously with all health and safety guidelines.
• Assist the site management team with various daily operational tasks.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of a valid CSCS card.
• Full personal protective equipment including hard hat, high-visibility attire, and steel toe-cap boots.
• Experience working on active residential construction sites.
• Dependability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to work.
• Capability to provide at least one professional reference.
