Site Supervisor

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor with experience to manage daily activities at construction sites, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of tasks as per project specifications. The position involves hands-on supervision and coordination among the workforce, contractors, and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily site operations and supervise the workforce on site.
• Liaise and coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.
• Track progress of work and ensure activities are completed on schedule.
• Confirm that all tasks follow drawings, technical specifications, and established quality standards.
• Keep detailed daily records including site reports, attendance logs, material usage, and progress updates.
• Check material needs and arrange for timely delivery to the site.
• Enforce compliance with safety regulations and company protocols.
• Identify and troubleshoot daily issues that arise on site.
• Communicate regularly with engineers and management regarding project updates and resource requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline within the work environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma, ITI, or Graduate degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related discipline preferred.
• Experience ranging between 2 to 5 years in site supervision or project execution within construction.
• Effective communication and coordination capabilities.
• Competence in managing labor and multiple simultaneous site activities.
• Basic understanding of construction drawings, measurements, materials, and standard construction methods.
• Flexibility to travel or relocate for projects based in Nashik, Mumbai, Pune, or other locations as required by the company.

The candidate must be willing to relocate or work at different project sites as necessitated by company assignments.

Compensation and Benefits

• Attractive salary package commensurate with experience and skills, estimated at INR 25,000 to 30,000 per month.
