About the Role
Cosmic Mind Hub, based in Panchkula, is seeking a technically skilled and experienced Website, Backend, SEO & Analytics Executive. This full-time position requires the individual to autonomously manage website operations, backend systems, SEO strategies, analytics, tracking, and other digital technical requirements.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain the entire website and backend infrastructure.
- Manage WordPress along with its plugins, themes, forms, and conduct site updates.
- Develop and modify pages, including landing pages for webinars, courses, reports, and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure optimal website speed, performance, backups, and implement basic security measures.
- Resolve website errors and technical glitches efficiently.
- Execute On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO to boost site visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize organic ranking.
- Administer Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Set up and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Meta Pixel.
- Configure conversion and event tracking for key website interactions.
- Monitor leads, registrations, purchases, and other critical site actions.
- Analyze website traffic, user engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Prepare straightforward weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Identify primary sources of website traffic and lead generation.
- Work to enhance landing page and overall website conversion rates.
- Support tracking and integration efforts for Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Manage payment gateway operations, CRM, WhatsApp, email, and other system integrations.
- Assist with API connections and website automation.
- Coordinate with hosting providers, domain registrars, and other technical service vendors.
- Maintain organized records for website data and backend processes.
Preferred Additional Skills
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Familiarity with Looker Studio for analytics visualization.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and email marketing tools.
- Understanding of WhatsApp integration and API automation tools.
- Knowledge of local SEO and managing Google Business Profiles.
- Basic graphic editing capabilities.
Candidate Profile
- Strong hands-on experience in website and backend administration.
- Good grasp of SEO techniques and Google Analytics tools.
- Ability to interpret traffic patterns, lead generation, conversions, and tracking data.
- Technically adept with problem-solving skills to troubleshoot independently.

- Responsible for managing sensitive company passwords, customer data, and confidential information.
- Organized, reliable, and professional in approach.
- Capable of collaborating with the marketing team to align with campaign goals.
- Open to providing additional support in website, digital, and technical domains as needed.
