Position Overview

This role requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid license for the assigned vehicle type. Candidates need the physical capability to lift packages up to 50 lbs and handle heavier items with the help of equipment or colleagues. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential as the position involves frequent interaction with customers. Employees must maintain a neat appearance and comply with federal motor carrier safety regulations including section 391, undergo a medical exam, and stay vigilant and safety-conscious while working. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and proficient in English to read traffic signs, communicate with officials, and follow instructions according to FMCSA rules.

Additional Details

The compensation ranges from $23.21 to $32.83 per hour and is based on experience, location, and other factors. Work shifts are full-time, scheduled Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday. Benefits include eligibility for medical, dental, vision insurance, tuition reimbursement for regular employees after 91 days with minimum weekly hours, and 401(k) plan access after one month for employees aged 21 or older.
