About the Role

Join FedEx, a global logistics leader, as a Courier based in Redbank, Queensland. This permanent full-time position operates Monday to Friday from approximately 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Key Responsibilities

• Manually load and unload freight adhering to established company procedures.
• Carry out timely and precise delivery and pickup of shipments.
• Uphold FedEx's professional image and maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Strictly follow all safety guidelines, operational policies, and vehicle protocols.

Candidate Criteria

• Possession of unrestricted Australian work rights.
• Minimum requirement of a Full C Class driving license.
• Maintain a clean driving history with no more than six demerit points in the last three years.
• Successfully clear all pre-employment checks such as drug and alcohol screening, driving assessments, criminal background verification, and functional ability assessments.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, ability to operate efficiently under pressure, and adherence to operational standards.
• Exhibit strong customer service skills and a professional attitude.
• Previous courier or freight delivery experience is not mandatory.
