Job Overview

You will be responsible for safely and accurately collecting and delivering packages, ensuring the correctness of orders by verifying and scanning contents, while offering excellent customer service and maintaining the security of parcels.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow designated routes with adherence to strict schedules to ensure timely and safe collection and delivery of packages.
• Confirm order accuracy by verifying and scanning package contents during pick-up and delivery.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure all packages are properly secured for transit.
• Promptly report any delivery challenges, damaged items, or incorrect delivery addresses.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience

Applicants are required to have completed secondary education or an equivalent qualification and possess a minimum of one year of professional driving experience.

Required Licenses

Must hold one of the following Australian license classifications: AUK012 Minimum C Class (Car) License or AUK013 Minimum Medium Rigid (MR) Truck License.
