Courier (Pick Up & Delivery)

Overview

As a Courier specializing in pick-up and delivery, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient transportation of packages while adhering to all safety, security, and operational guidelines. Your role aims to fulfill delivery commitments and boost customer satisfaction across the service network.

Key Duties

• Perform pickup and delivery of parcels promptly and safely.
• Uphold all operational protocols and security standards during transit and package handling.
• Engage courteously with customers to ensure positive service experiences.
• Handle packing tasks as necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• Basic secondary education or an equivalent qualification.
• Preferably a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Hold a valid Singapore Class 3 or 3A driving license.
• Maintain an excellent driving record with no preventable accidents in the last 12 months.
• Physically able to lift packages up to 34kg and manage singular items weighing up to 70kg using proper equipment.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
